Charge 5 stuck on Fitbit logo

Charge 5 seems just to be a black screen with the Fitbit Logo… it won’t charge, it won’t sync, it won’t do nothing… Did this come about after Google took over… please, I hope there’s a fix for this… I’ve had my Fitbit for 10 years now… I do not wanna get something different, I Love My Fitbit… Even after trying to reset it, still nothing!! TIA!!

Hi, @cndrella66, welcome to the community, while you may have had other Fitbit devices the Charge 5 was launched about 2 years ago.  You mention resetting the Charge 5 and I would expect that to have some effect, try changing the clock face in the Fitbit app on your phone this sometimes has a benefit.
