I have the same problem. Less than happy! Have tried all the reset suggestions (3 1 second pushes with gap, 15 second push of button). Nothing works and phone can no longer acquire on Bluetooth. Either a rubbish firmware update of Google wanting to kill the brand and convince me to buy Garmin if I want a useable product.

So there is hope! In desperation I let the unit go completely flat then charged and reset as above. It now seems to be working well as the update has settled down, although the discharge rate is about double what it used to be so it needs charging every 3 days instead of every four or five.
