Charge 5 stuck on Fitbit logo

Hi all. My charge 5 Fitbit received an update a few days ago and got stuck on the logo. It’s does not sync … I followed all troubleshooting steps, unpair, switch off Bluetooth, force reboot the watch (many times), fully charge, etc etc. anything more I can try? Thanks

Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Charge 5 and report it's stuck on the Fitbit logo, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.

Did you get any resolution? I'm having the same (quick drain >, blank screen > Fitbit blinking logo) and from my searches, it appears that since the last s/w update this has become a common problem.  I would hope Fitbit could make us all aware of a potential solution?

Hello. Not yet. I have sent the info that has been requested. My fb has been on charge all night, still only the logo, and the app cannot find it (….. looking)
