Fitbit charge 5, unresponsive. Shows a red circle with a white X. Restarts occasionally. Tried the three time push in cable to force a restart, makes the unit restart about 10 times then red circle with X. Managed to charge from 1% to 15 % in 3 hours. Still unresolved. Cannot connect with iPhone, which I have restarted also.
Update: Got replacement from Fitbit.
