Hi,
this is my 2nd charge 5 (previous one also died within a year!) and I haven’t had it very long but for the past month it has been slowly getting worse.
first the battery went and now doesn’t even last a whole day on a full charge. Then it kept having to be reset (3 clicks on the charger) as it wouldn’t turn on after a charge. And now it’s is just showing me a red circle with a white X !
I have tried all the steps recommended- 3 clicks on the charger. Change screen etc but nothing!
is there anyway to save it? I am assuming not!! 😢
