Charge 5 stuck on a red "X"

I have an “X” in a red circle on the screen, does anyone know what this indicates.  Seems to be frozen!!

I have just fallen asleep and woke up with this issue. I’ve tried all the steps and nothing happened… i didn’t perform an update and my phone didn’t do a sync since this morning.

Don’t think it can be fixed, it has to be replaced. If you’re still under warranty (one year) or have an extended warranty then you’ll be ok. If not, SOL and join the line of upset Fitbit customers.

I contacted customer services and they are sending me a new one… a bit worrying, it was fine then…. Poooofffff after less than a year
