Watch froze and had a red x on screen and vibrating constantly.
Tried to change watch face and force sync. Nothing.
Did the pulse restart and watch turned off, square logo appeared them nothing, just black screen and now won't power up. Worst purchase I've made in years.

I'm guessing it's a battery issue. Have you tried letting it die completely and then charging it back up?
Also, Customer Support can help you with a Battery Test to and help further diagnose the problem.

1. Battery was at 96% when it died.
2. Support were as much use as t*ts on a fish.
