My Charge 5 is back to the red circle with an X in it, I restarted it several times yesterday trying to fix whatever is going on but all it does is flash the Fitbit logo for several hours and then the red circle with the X comes back. When I go to my app it is constantly looking for my Charge 5. I can’t do anything at all. I’ve tried every step that has been listed that I can do but still nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

In addition to the steps you've tried, please try the following steps while your Charge 5 is connected to the charging cable:
If you can't get started with your Charge 5, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
If the above doesn't work and you don't feel any vibration while performing a restart, please try the steps provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Once you make sure that your Charge 5 is charging, try the steps above one more time.
