My Charge 5 started acting up after I had my Inspire implant and the latest update. I've tried the hard restart with the charger cord button with no success. It always shows the X within a circle or nothing. Anyone else have this issue?

I'm currently experiencing this problem. I've had no changes. Like you I tried the reset to no avail. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I got mine replaced with a refurbished one. Works for now, not the latest firmware.
