My Charge 5 has a bright white vertical line on the right side of the face. The face is also unresponsive. The face will wake up and show the main clock face, but is not responsive to any other commands. I am not able to access the settings to perform a reset.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Sorry to see you're having issues with your Charge 5.
There is another way to restart your tracker where you use the charging cable that came with your Charge 5. Click here for instructions on: How to restart Charge 5
Another troubleshooting step to try is changing the clock face. Sometimes that resolves the non-responsive screen issue. If you see the white line on the clock face after you changed it, that would seem to indicate the issue is with the tracker and you should probably contact Fitbit support. Unfortunately, neither of those worked. After a restart and a change to the clock face, the white line is still visible. The device will not respond to up/down or left/right swipes either.
I will check with support.
