Charge 5 stuck on a white X

My charge 5 seemed to have died on Monday but yesterday I came home and it is now displaying a red circle with a white X in the middle. It doesn’t appear to have any other activity. I changed charging docks, cleaned the back with alcohol. Is there any way to save it from this point ?
