Charge 5 stuck on a white X

So today my FitBit displayed a white cross within a red circle. Later on it seems it's working properly again. But nooooo.....as now I get either a blank white screen or horizontal black lines! What's happening??? 🤔

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they're still helping you to get this issue solved. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
