My Charge 5 has been working flawlessly until a couple of hours ago. I woke up in the middle of the night around 3:00 am with it displaying the logo screen. Now 4 hours later the screen is still on. I tried a reset with the charging cable, but it’s unresponsive. It’s not vibrating and the screen remains turned on showing the logo.
The app on my phone shows it last synced at 1:54 am with 19% battery power remaining. Now it’s not connected and the phone can’t find it, telling me to make sure it’s turned on. How do I get it restarted / turned on again?
