My Charge 5 wouldn’t respond to touch. Placed it on charger to reset. Now it’s stuck on logo. Help!

I’m having the same issue. I was out on a bike ride, and it just stopped working. All that was visible was the Fitbit logo. I received a prompt for a firmware update. I tried installing it and that doesn’t seem to be working either. Good luck to both of us.
