Hi there, @baggsy. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5 before posting here.

To better assist you, would you mind sharing with me the exact message you're getting on your Charge 5? Is it stuck on "Set up Wallet"? If so, please note this screen will appear when opening the wallet app on your Fitbit device by either tapping on it or with left button to access to the shortcuts. While it's not possible to delete the wallet app, please give a try to the following steps to reconnect your watch to your account:

  1. Remove the Charge 5 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Restart your Charge 5.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select the Charge 5 and follow the onscreen instructions.

This is so much crap. None of the suggestions from support work. They basically said suck it up until we have time to fix. That a way to go google.
