When Fitbit will fix ... Add card notifications? I am not willing to use the wallet.

Hi there, @ThiagoAzevedo. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5.

To better assist you, would you mind sharing with me the exact message you're getting on your Charge 5? Is it stuck on "Set up Wallet"? If so, please note this screen will appear when opening the wallet app on your Fitbit device by either tapping on it or with left button to access to the shortcuts. While it's not possible to delete the wallet app, please give a try to the following steps to reconnect your watch to your account:

  1. Remove the Charge 5 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Restart your Charge 5.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select the Charge 5 and follow the onscreen instructions.

I've been getting the notifications too, to add card to wallet. (like every 30 seconds).  So I did add a card to my wallet, & then I get the message to tap & enter passcode too.  It was on the charger last night, & the notifications were so constant (like every 10 seconds!!!) that my fitbit hardly charged. So frustrating! I've tried restarting it, quiet modes but nothing seems to help. I tried to chat with customer service and it asked me to take a picture of the message, so I had to leave thr conversation to access my camera, and when I came back customer service was gone!

We are on the same boat my friend! This is how fitbit and Google are
treating a subject that upsets a lot of costumers. If they are not
listening to the voice of costumers, they will lose a lot of them. I am no
longer using this device, maybe if an update occurs...But one thing I am
sure: I am not buying from them anymore. Good luck for you!

I had tried costumer service as well the attendant was ok... but no
solution.
