Charge 5 stuck on "Set up Wallet"

No issues with my Charge 5 before now - but for the past 24hrs, I constantly get the Add Card message pop up!  I can be doing anything with my Fitbit, and it just pops up out of the blue.  Anyone else getting it?  Have dismissed loads of times, done 2 reboots - same.
