Although I can see where some folks might like Fitbit pay, I am not interested in using it. Lately however the message that I need to set up a credit card pops up a half dozen times a day and it is starting to really annoy me. My card information already has enough exposure, I don’t want to add it to my activity tracker. How do I turn off that nonsense

Hi there, @MAM54. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5. I understand how you must be feeling.
To better assist you, would you mind sharing with me the exact message you're getting on your Charge 5? Is it stuck on "Set up Wallet"? If so, please note this screen will appear when opening the wallet app on your Fitbit device by either tapping on it or with left button to access to the shortcuts. While it's not possible to delete the wallet app, please give a try to the following steps to reconnect your watch to your account:

I have my Fitbit set up so that the screen comes on when I turn my wrist. I should see the time and other info; instead i see “Add Card”. I tried hard quitting the app on my phone and restarting my device and the first thing that popped up after restart, before the time and date, was “Add Card”. You people don’t need my credit card information and it’s really starting to annoy me to see “Add Card” when I want to see the time and date.
