Charge 5 stuck on the Fitbit logo

The tracker is just blank, however when plugged in on charge the fitbit logo continously flashes and the tracker vibrates, Tried to reset, removed device from the app,uninstalled and reinstalled app to phone but nothing seems to be working

Thank you. Worth a try cos currently it's going into the bin! It's 2 year lifespan is up, just like it's predecessor! Not buying Fitbit again - twice bitten etc! Gill

I managed to get the time up after latest update (?coincidence?) but it only stayed on for a few minutes, then back to fitbit logo. I'll try the freezer method as a last resort though - nothing to lose and refuse to buy a 3rd just for 2 years life. Thank you. Gill

I tried the freezer method. It didn’t work. Got my new ‘other brand’ watch coming next week. I’ve given up with FITBIT now. Shame.

I am having this same issue. Tried all the trouble shooting steps mentioned and nothing has worked.

I've given up now, Ronnie. Nothing worked for me either so got rid and removed app. Gone to Galaxy for 1/2 price. Good luck 👍
