Bought new charge 5, first turn on and synchronization. Band successfully connected to phone and I started update. On update its stuck in 4/5 of its way, tried to reset the process but band is unresponsive after killing app and disconnecting band with my phone / account. Tried to reset with button on cable by presing 3 times, multiple times, one time long press etc and nothing works. Band is unresponsive, still shows same progress bar thats 4/5 way loaded and now I have no idea how long will it last. Might return it and get something that works better if I dont receive help soon enought.
