Yesterday my charge stopped working and I thought I had just let the battery go too low so I put it on the charger and after an hour, I pulled it off and put it on and didn’t really look at it. It shut down again so it didn’t wake me up this morning. (Thank you back up alarms)
I reset it, factory default and it will not connect with my phone past the found stage. The phone screen says “found it!”, the watch keep saying download the app.
I’m on an iPhone iOS 17.4.1.
Any ideas?

Hi there, @brydona2. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not connecting anymore. I will do my best to help you with this!
What you're experiencing is an expected behavior since you did a factory reset on your Charge 5 without first unpairing it from your phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, please try the following steps in the order listed:
If you can't get started with your Charge 5, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
If after the above your Charge 5 keeps dying suddenly, please make sure it's charging properly. For more information, see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
