Hi!

I've read all the similar topics and answers, and tried almost everything. I've lost this entire day trying to set up this device.

Now it got stucked as you can see in the picture for at least 2 hours when I tried to update the firmware. It doesn´t responde to the three pulse touch of the button in the charger (I made that earlier so I know how to do it) and I've tried every reset on my phone but it doesn't even find it as a bluetooth device. Is there anything else I can do?
