My Charge 5 worked well until last Monday. At first, it went black screen mode for no reason. Then after i updated the firmware by fitbi app, it back to normal. Then from that point it started to drain battery, barely can last 3 hours. But today, it drains less than previous days.
Is this firmware problem??? Any way to fix it???

Since update will not even make it through the night. Sent chat to support. Did not have any answers. Said they were going to create a case and be back in touch within 24 hours. Very frustrating.

Similar issue here. My Charge 5 worked perfectly until about a month ago. Now the battery only lasts 30 min!! Extremely frustrating.

I now have this problem also. Up until three weeks ago it was working normally and the battery lasted for over 6 days. Then it started to run down in a day & a half. Then last week it drained in a day. It’s now Tues morning & it’s been on the charger since yesterday and only at 43% when it normally fully charges within 3 hours or less, depending on state of charge when placed on charger.
