My charge 5 suddenly showed the logo and i stuck. Deleted from app to reconnect but wont show on Bluetooth. Also did the 3 sec button to no avail. Help

Thanks for the details provided about this inconvenience with your Charge 5 and about the troubleshooting steps that you already tried.
Before considering other options, please make sure that you've tried restarting the device using the charging cable, instead of the restart option available on the device's settings:
The logo usually shows up on the screen when the device needs to be set up in your account. If the issue persists, you can also try setting up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account and changing the clock face option.

The logo is stuck on the screen and the device turns off its Bluetooth connection, so changing clock faces is not an option
i placed it on the charger and hit the reset button 3 times in 8 seconds slowly. Each time, I can feel the pulse on the watch.
I have cycled the Bluetooth setting on the phone and it will not connect
i have rebooted the phone with no positive results
I have removed the Fitbit app, rebooted the phone, and reinstalled the app. The App cannot find the Charge 5
just a thought, is there any way to re-install the most recent firmware to the watch if the cycle can be broken?

I am also encountering this issue. It started this over the weekend. I was only able to get it working again after letting the battery drain to zero. Was there an app or firmware update that caused this recently?

Same problem here. It has happened 5x's last8 days. Have done everything from re-install app, charge restart, etc. The only thing that works is leaving it alone for several hours and comes back.it started with reports of fitbit stopping community programs. They need to fix code.I am checking on Garmin now.
