My Charge 5 has suddenly stopped tracking my sleep. It tracks all the usually, steps, heart rate, zone minutes etc, but not sleep. Have reset but to no avail 😕

Do you get the simplified sleep record or none at all?

Do you have any error message?

Can you verify if the heart rate is being recorded during the night?

I have the same issue on my charge 5.  Sleep shows total and some vertical lines for awake, restless but not the Rem, Deep, Light, Awake.  It worked properly yesterday after not working properly for a few days but today is back to not working.  The heart rate monitor works fine all night.  There are no error messages.
