Charge 5 suddenly stopped working

Charge 5 is doing, it again. This is my second unit to replace one from two years ago which was unrecoverable.  And where do l find my owner start date for the unit.

Hi, @Ke.steel you can get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.fitbit.com to find out the original replacement date.  Having said that, unfortunately, if your original Charge 5 is from two years ago, you are unlikely to be covered under the Fitbit Warranty .  Nevertheless, it is definitely worth giving them a call - they are often able to offer a significant discount to loyal customers looking to upgrade.

Alternatively, if you post about your current issue someone here on the forums may be able to help you.

This is the second Charge 5 unit, same issue after 6 months from purchase this time, products are junk. And they don't care, common failure.
