I had bought this fitbit charge 5 after having had charge 2 twice before. Both charge 2 devices suddenly developed these cracks in their screens with not a reason for them to crack. So i thought it time to get a new model so i got the charge 5. This one died suddenly again without a reason and i did contact Fitbit and was told it was sold to google and they cannot offer any options since i cannot remember where i purchased it, i just want to let everyone know that both charge 2 and 5 have unexplainable issues and judging by the community topics i am not the only one who had screens of fitbit ch 2 break or ch 5 just die off
i gave up trials to get help and currently using my cracked charge 2 until i research other fitness trackers
