Charge 5 switched sleep time to military time on its own.

On my dashboard the time is set for "12 hour." I toggled it and reset it to be sure. I then force stopped the Fitbit app on my phone, restarted. I even restarted my Charge 5 Fitbit. Still last nights sleep starting shows as 23:20. I want 12 hour time not military. Frustrated.
