My 11 year old, quiet, gentle, artistic and creative son’s just over 12 month old Charge 5 decided to stop working after a swim session-something he’s done every week since he has owned his watch. After it didn’t acknowledge the charge connection, we proactively placed it in rice incase water got into it. After 3 days, nothing. So we placed it in rice again and the same. My 9 year old son, who is like a bill at a gate with everything in life, has the same watch and did the same activity that day, without issue. I cannot understand how something that is used respectfully, for its intended purpose can just stop working. It was a belated Christmas present from my brother to my son in Jan, 2023. This shouldn’t happen and is not acceptable.
