Charge 5 the app isn't showing workout

I worked out as usual today. I manually started and ended my workout. When I synchronized the workout didn’t show up. Also my heart rate tracking is blank during my workout.

The app updated yesterday. I restarted the device. I updated my phone. Customer service was not helpful. They told me to log it manually.
