I got a Fitbit Charge 5 two weeks age and it worked fine. Now without me doing anything the time is off by 3 hours and my Sp02 is always 2%.  I am including some two pictures.P1050769.JPGP1050770.JPG

Hi, it's great to see a new Community member around the forums, @jchamilt2002

Thank you for all the details about the inconvenience you experienced with your Charge 5 and for the pictures.

Before considering other options, please make sure your phone meets the requirements listed hereKeep in mind that your Charge 5 may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or if it has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're using to sync your data. If you haven't done so already, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

  • On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
  • Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Charge 5 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now. If the issue persists, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Regarding the SpO2 data, the restart could be of help, but keep in mind that in order to get SpO2 information, you need to:

  1. Wear your device for at least a full day, including to sleep at night.
  2. In the morning, open the Fitbit app and tap the Health Metrics tile.
  3. Swipe up to find the Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) tile.

If you still don't receive your SpO2 information, please follow the steps listed here below:

  1. Verify if your Fitbit profile has the correct location and time zone.
  2. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile icon > Charge 5 > Apps > SpO2.
  3. Make sure all the permissions are enabled.
  4. Restart your tracker to refresh its performance.
  5. Tap Today at the bottom of the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Wear your tracker slightly higher on your wrist to sleep and sync it with the Fitbit app once you're awake to check your details.
