I've been using Fitbit for 5 years and the sleep tracking seemed pretty accurate but since the last sleep tracking update by google it shows very long awake periods in the middle of the night from 1 to 2 hours. This is a solid wake time, not the small blips I'm used to that made sense. I sleep in my back with arms by my side in an adjustable bed with the head raised so I cannot roll in bed. I wake in the same position as I went to sleep in. I have made sure the tightness and placement of the band is correct as per fitbit instructions. I could not be awake for a solid hour or more without knowing it. This has ruined sleep tracking for me since that update!
