Hi! My Charge 5 has stopped tracking my runs with GPS but it is tracking my walks. This has been going on for about a month. Any ideas on how to fix it? I've tried restarting it which worked the first time but not since.

Welcome back to the Community forums, @Clarebirds. 

Thank you for sharing all the information about the issue you're experiencing with your Charge 5. 

Let me know if you're only experiencing this problem with a running activity or if it happens with other type of workouts. In the meantime, and if you haven't done so already, please make sure to try the steps listed here below as well, as they have been useful for other users with similar problems: 

  1. Restart your device using the charging cable following these steps. 
  2. Set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account. 
  3. If you continue to have the same problem, please try changing the clock face as well.
