Charge 5 turned off randomly and wont stop vibrating.

My charge 5 was on 78%, working OK then turned off randomy, screen is  completely blacked out and when I put it on charge nothing happenned. 

It then started to vibrate non stop and has been doing so for the last 15 mins!!! 

Cant get it to turn on at all...can anyone help plz?!

That sounds a bit scary!

If you can put it on the charger again and press the button at the USB end 3 times.  That can help to reset it.  That might stop everything.

If it’s still going crazy, contact Support by scrolling to the bottom of the page and tapping Help, then Get Support (Under Let’s Talk), then choose Live Chat or Call Us.

I’ve heard Chat is a good way to go.

Here’s a picture of the button on the charger in case you can’t spot it.
