Charge 5 turns off during a run even even though battery isn't low

My Charge 5 will randomly shut down while I am running or walking even when my battery is above 50%. Anyone else having this issue? Is there some setting I can change to prevent this? Also, is there any way to turn on a Charge 5 without putting it in the charging port?

I have exactly the same problem and I loose all my runs info. Today I had 72% battery and it still turned off.
