My Fitbit Charge 5 suddenly stopped working. Before this issue occured, red lights were blinking from its light sensors and the screen was not responding to touch (completely stuck). So inorder to solve this i resetted my device using 3 button press procedure via the charger. When i do this the device turns off, the logo comes for a few moment, then the device/screen goes off again. I tried to do this resetting few times. Many times it was stuck on the logo.
After some tries, i was able to boot the device successfully, But i am no longer able to measure data from any of its sensors. (including side sensors). Whenever i try to attach the device to my hand, the device suddenly turns off. At this point, it wont start, so i have to manually reset it via 3 button press via the charger to force start it. But sometimes it also just auto restarts when placing on wrist. The ECG app opens with some error ( please reopen the application). Same case for EDA scan app, the watch turns off immediately when i put it on my wrist. Tried clearing all data and uninstalling apps, even setting up a new account and reinstalling apps, but no luck. The watch is totally unusable. I need help.
