Charge 5 turns off

After  couple of hours Charge 5 turns itself off, screen dies and won't come to life when tap it or turn it. Battery is fully charged. Have tried everything I was told to do (eg: reset the device) but nothing works. Am taking back for a refund. Very disappointed. To worried now to order another one.
