Hi,
2 hours ago my fitbit stopped synchronizing (13% battery left) and from now impossible to recharge it (try to clean the connectors and reset it with no success).
i have try different energy source, still no success.
Hope to have some help from here.

I have had the same problem.
This is a replacement device from the charge 4 that had screen problems. Only received the new replacement device on April 2023 but the warranty expired December 2023 as they kept the original device warranty! Now fitbit wont help.
Press the bottom on the USB part of the charger 3 times to reset.
