I got the new charge 5 a few days ago - it looks great, battery's great but.. I haven't been able to sync since yesterday.
I have a Huawei Prime 2009 phone with Android and its Bluetooth works perfectly with other devices like headphones.
When I remove the Charge 5 and add it back it works for some time but after a few hours it's unable to sync again. Of course it's out of question to remove and add back the device every time I want to sync!
I downloaded and installed the software update but it didn't fix the issue.
Please help!

Hello @Adaminion
Have you tried clearing your cache? I've heard that can help sometimes. Another thing to try is to Restart your Charge 5. Scroll down from the Clock Face to Settings, tap, then scroll up to Restart Device. Tap and go.
There's also a thread about Bluetooth issues that might be worth checking out too:
I hope some of that helps a bit.

I'll give it a try, thank you.
I can't figure how come most of Fitbit devices have so many problems with syncing. The amount of data they need to send is practically zero comparing to, for example, Bluetooth headphones, and no one has problems with headphones...
