Dear fitbit community,
Currently my charge 5 is stuck at ver 57.20001.142.37, it just won't finish the update, the progress move until instalation ongoing then suddenly the charge 5 will reboot upon reaching the syncing in progress then pop out the not working issues.... I be tested countless times with multiple methods
Etc: restart the device with the cable, restart the device, unpair then pair it again, remove the device from app and add back, uninstall the fitbit app..everything and countless time..
Even tested on various device - > honor x7, Samsung s8, ipad mini 4(ios 15), iPhone 13 Pro... And none of them work
Please help, its my first fitbit device and its frustrating as I don't seem to have most of the features updated..
