Charge 5 unresponsive - how to get it replaced with 2 year extended warranty

Charge 5 unresponsive. This is not my first time. I've been through all the checklist items of how to recover. It's dead, not coming back. I bought a 2 year extended warranty given the issues I've had in the past with these units. How do I get them to replace it??? I've activated a repair call that has been 2 days now "in progress". 

I'm not very happy right now!

I’ve tried all the suggestions. It’s dead. 
I bought a 2 year warranty. 
it should be replaced
