Charge 5 has last night decided to go unresponsive.
I took it up Helvellyn and it got a bit scared of heights perhaps?
No reason at all for it to happen but I've been through the steps with the three times button etc from other posts on "unresponsive" or "hard reset".

Any advice on how to move it forward would be really appreciated (will probably last over a week flashing on the side so waiting for it to run out of juice doesn't seem viable).
