My Fitbit charge 5 has a blank screen and no lights on the back. When I connect it to charger it vibrates. I’ve tried pressing button on charging cable 3 times but still only vibrations no screen or lights.

This happened to me too but I eventually got it restarted. Then it happened again. I contacted Fitbit using the chat feature in the app and they gave me 50% off a new device.
Still frustrating this happened. I’d suggest leaving your Fitbit in the charger for a while. Maybe the battery died like it did on mine before you restart.

If your Fitbit doesn't restart after leaving it on the charger for several hours, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link). If they confirm that your device is defective and depending on how long you've have your Charge 5, they should let you know what are your options under warranty.

Thank you. I’ve had it in charge for days but still blank screen. My last Fitbit, the versa light stopped charging and previous charge 2 screen cracked and both were replaced. I think I might not bother with another one.
