My charge 5 failed to finish an update. Right now it shows a solid white horizontal line across the screen. I tried the usual tips to set up the device, but the screen only shows the solid white line. My charge 5 worked for 3 months, now it’s stuck. I’m at the point of needing to set it up, as if for the first time, but the device is unresponsive. Any help is appreciated!
