Charge 5 update leads to black display

My Charge 5 was updated and connected to the app for the first time. After 1 hour the app showed another update is available. After trying to download the display turned into black. Pressung the USB button 3 times the Logo appeares for a second and the display went black. The App is able to connect but the update ist not starting. What can I do?

Same issue, was working fine prior. Update kept failing. Now screen is black and will not turn on. Resetting give the fitbit logo but nothing else initially, now device does not respond at all. Still tracking and connected to phone, but display does not work at all.
