Charge 5 vibrates, says 'whatsapp business check messages'

My charge 5 vibrates around 20 times a day, to just say 'checking messages' in whatsapp business when there is no new message coming in. I think this might be due to a busy group chat that I muted and archived, but it is a bit annoying. I do not receive it for regular whatsapp. How do I stop this?

Hi, @Lenneke1, this looks like a WhatsApp setting issue. If you go into the app>select the chat>three dots in the top right corner>mute notifications>it's noted that if you are mentioned you will be notified, you can try the "Always" setting. I suspect you might find the answer on the WhatsApp-Hilfebereich

Hi, @Lenneke1 if you are getting some WhatsApp notifications (that you want) the segregation of the unwanted notifications is, in my view, a WhatsApp setting.
