I have the charge five. I am using iPhone 13. When I run I use the Fitbit app which shows my distance and also marks my route. When I would reach a mile it would tell me over my beats ear buds what my time and distance were. But for some reason, it stopped doing that and I can not figure out what changed. Any ideas?

Hi @Quinn1. Welcome to the Fitbit community forums.
Thanks for the details provided about your Charge 5.
I suggest you perform the following steps:
Log out from the Fitbit app.
Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
Check again if it shows your distance and also marks my route now.

Thanks for getting back @Quinn1.
Thanks for letting me know that the app is working fine, and the details about the inconvenience.
Please, follow these steps:
You'll get 2 tabs, one for tracking and one for previous.
Tap on the tracking option. You'll see an option for voice cues, turn it on.

In my App ( Fitbit) I had to go into "Exercise"
Then the "settings" icon at the top right
scrolled down to where it says "Play during Exercise"
toggled that to "ON"
Scrolled down to "Cues" and selected how I wanted the voice cues to come over.
Not sure why slightly different. But thank you for the help.
