I'm on my second charge 4 and once again it has broken in the same place - the plastic has sheered where the watch connects to the strap. Previous Fitbits had a metal connector, the Charge 4 cheaped out and used plastic. I've been offered a replacement or 50% off a new model. So my question is, has anyone had an issue with the Charge 5 falling apart or has this been fixed with the new watch?
