About 11am my fit bit icon appeared then went  lack screen . Won"tsync or start up.

Same with mine, nothing from the help forums works, talked to a real person, their advice also didn't work. Online help takes you to a site with experts that charges $53/month. I would just like a refund or replacement. NEVER Buying a Fitbit again!!!
