I am very upset. I have a charge 5.  I went in the pool for 5 minutes. Came out and dried it well. I was in the shallow end. Days should work till 50 minutes. What should I do? I would expect a replacement for free if I’m allowed to swim in this. Always was afraid too and for 5 minutes and dried well and broken!150 dollars . Upswt.

Hi, @Thebay2011 , I would suggest popping your Charge 5 into a bag of uncooked rice for about 72 hours.  The rice will help absorb any moisture that has got inside your Fitbit.  Don’t attempt to charge it before it has dried in the rice.
